What is the difference between Visio 2003 Professional and Standard versions?

Hi,
Can someone help me understand the difference between Visio 2003
Standard and Professional versions? I know Visio 2003 (either version
isn't on ISSI), but I need 2003 ... which version I should order is what
I am not sure about.
