Please go through all the content on www.coders2020.com as I think this will really help you in getting started mentally. As far as interview topics are concerned, keep your programming part strong. Do Function pointers and memory stuff as they are frequently asked.
Be very good in C++ specially in virtual functions and OOPS concepts as they too are frequently asked. Before putting networks, make sure you are indeed good in networks as not able to answer a small questions of protocols can be very bad.
I don't think OS is tough. Ofcourse if you are writing OS than make sure you are good in memory management concepts of OS like swapping and virtual memory as well as good in process and threads. If you need something in particular help/advice than tell me :)
