The selection process consisted of three stages:
1. Aptitude Test:
It contained 3 section- quantitative ability, verbal ability and technical questions. For quantitative section, R.S.Aggrawal’s book is sufficient. Questions were mostly on time & distance, time & work, profit & loss, probability etc. Verbal section was easiest off all three. Some letters were given and it was required to jumble it to make a meaningful Technical section was quite tough. A lot of questions were on UNIX and operating system.
2. Technical Interview
It was a really lengthy interview. The interviewer enquired about courses taken and favorite subjects. He started question answer session by asking about storage class in C, example of static etc. Some other questions were about data structures and OS.
3. HR Interview
The HR interview started with questions on family background. Later they asked about products name of wipro. One common question was “Why wipro?”.
