Wipro conducted its selection process in three stages:
1. Aptitude Test: (No. Of questions: 50, Duration: 60 Minutes)
The questions were easy. Almost all the questions had long descriptions. The answer was usually hidden in last line. There was no negative marking.
2. Technical Interview
A lot of questions were based on resume. They normally look for good communication skills and confidence level. Technical questions were related to network layers, function of each layer, semaphores, deadlocks, process handling etc. They asked the candidate to write a simple program in C++, which was related to recursion and factorial.
3. HR Interview
The HR interview started with questions on family background. Later they asked about area of specialization. All other questions were usual.
