Novell Placement Paper of Feb 2007.

Novell had given a booklet which had four sections and in the end you had to write a small essay of 20 lines on Open Source Software.
It seems that Novell give the same booklet to others as well i.e. they don't change the questions. Although there were 4 sets of Papers, the Aptitude questions were same for all sets.
The first few questions were on english and logic like if A says this and B say this and what is the conclusion of A lies and dont lies. There were also some simple questions on quantitative aptitude like finding speeds of boat in downstream and some profit/loss problem.
The programming section was not that difficult and was mostly covering C fundamentals. Same can be said about Operating systems. Do make sure that you are comfortable in memory concepts though.
I felt that you can run out of time if you stuck somewhere. Do not waste too much time in the last section of writing essay :p
