Hello friends,
I gave my Infy exam on 1ST AND 2ND MARCH ,07. We were supposed to come at 8.30 am in morning.the registration was the first step.Then we were asked to move in the auditorium for power point presentation.the presentation was ausome.do attend it.it will surely benefit u.You will come to no about the company?s profile.they will tell u the package also.well during training they give 2.7 lac.after training you will be paid 3.7lac.
The test started at 12.15 pm.

PLEASE REFER R.S.AGARWAL VERBAL N NON-VERBAL.THIS BOOK IS SUFFICIENT TO CRACK.

Test of English -40 Ques- 35mins
For English WREN N MARTIN IS the best book. Go thrum these topics
1. tenses and usage.learn th past perfect usage and rules where to use.
2. preposition
3. part of speech
4. noun
5. how to solve unseen passages and little bit rules.
6. (go throe somebodies cat material for English.) : OPTIONAL
(Make note of the timings nd no. of questions cozy I guess dey were diff previously)
Logical Reasoning::
1 Puzzle TEST (5 sub ques) - (PAGE 242 Verbal Reasoning-RS agarwal puzzle test chapter)
PAGE 253 EX 1 AS IT IS WAS ASKED IN OUR PAPER.
VERY EASY QUESTION.
1 ques on cube (5 sub ques) - (Non-Verbal Reasoning-RS agarwal cubes and dice chapter)
1 ques on Data Interpretation (5 sub ques) - (REFER CAT MATERIAL)
5 ques on Data Sufficiency - Math expressions followed by 2 conditions and they ask u wch conditions r required 1 or 2 or both or none
5 ques on Series - (Non-Verbal Reasoning-RS agarwal series chapter 1)
5 ques on syllogism - (Verbal reasoning - II part logical reasoning oder r 9 rules 2 come to a conclusion from given sentences, read all of them, I don't remember the xact chapter no.
DO LEARN THE 9 RULES IN SYLLOGISM PAGE NO 1 OF NON VERBAL.THEY R V SIMPLE 2 SOLV. ;also in syllogism we r given 6 sentences out of wch we shud choose the best meaningful 3, this type is not oder in this book tho techniques are covered )

Do page 15 for logical ven diagram.
The chapters I mention adjacent 2 da type of question were what I referred and thought helped me for answering those sections, noways der r several other quant n reasonings books u may refer
Also, Blood relations and number, time, sequence chapter in Rs agarwal verbal reasoning r important tho we didn't get any ques.
Verbal:: Very easy if u have good grammar u;ll get thrum easily, reading comprehensions were pretty ok but try 2 solve at da end. Solve 23 ques out of 35 correctly.u will be selected.
With God's grace I cleared my written.
Cracking the xam is all bot luck!! and then learning techniques.
You will never believe me I just gave 10 days to my infosys written and HR Practice and I made into it.thanks to GOD.Go thrum some HR ques n there probable answers also. From FEUCOS.COM.practice hr with our friends also.cross ques.discuss G.K.Read times business.put in a habit to go thrum newspaper daily.but I no students cant.they never get time form there girlfriends n other stuff to read newspaper.to tell u truly I don?t read newspaper daily.hardly matters yaar.do one thing on the day of written test just go thru a week ago news.n go thrum the newspaper on the day of our HR.

I: I told a joke ( date was all FAKE.I was not sharing the joke but actually I was in Toilet.washing my face n wetting my hairs )

I : tell u r sober n simple.dart shirt suits n reflects ur personality.

I : I am doing B.Tech in mech eng form ind ??.i am simple,creative,and industrious.

I: solved ( DON?T PRACTISE PUZZLE.its all prescene of mind.)

I: TELL u have good designing skills on CAD n u know infosys deals with automotive industries. ( TO TELL U TRULY I AM ZERO IN RESINING BUT just fake it n tell lie wherever u need to tell to get the job. Never ever in my life I have taken my designing lab seriously but I told her v confidently and pretended her as if I m MASTER IN AUTOCAD )

My interview held for 40 min. reply in positive manner.NO matter u speak lie.JUST FAKE IT WHEREVER U NEED.BUT FAKE IT VERY CONFIDENTLY.
