Mizoram mostly offers jobs in agricultural and small scale industries, like the Cottage industry, which plays a significant part in the state economy. Most of the people in Mizoram are self employed or work in small scale industries or are related to agriculture. Being a small hill state, there are not too many industries here and the lack of raw materials hampers its industrial growth. So, not many job opportunities are available in Mizoram.
