1. Hardware Maintenance (Onsite) / Customer Support. 2. Technical Areas: Should possess good knowledge of Hardware Trouble Shooting Techniques. 3. Desktop/Server support (Including Windows, Novell, NT, Unix, etc.).
Desired Profile: 1. The person should be good in customer handling. 2. Demonstrate empathy when addressing customer problems and concerns. 3. Develops and demonstrates a general understanding of our customer's requirements of the computer systems and other support expectations.
