How to read a Passage Rapidly Fast enough ?

In an ‘Interview’ if written tests are being conducted thereupon in a form of hosts of mocking exercises for ex: -
a) Article/passage reading.
b) Reading comprehension of certain newsletters, tabloids, magazines, etc.
c) Electronic media and print media in a form of mediums for some specific modules, tests, etc.
d) Listening (module) tests through cassette’s recording, words & spelling identification process through American & British accent with correct English grammatical formation of sentences, etc.
Then, an interviewer should be sound enough to have an absolute command over using ‘English as a second language for other competitors of the absolute expertise’.
At the time of ‘Reading Comprehension’ one must analyze: -
I. If there’re enormous vocabulary and spelling mistakes with incorrect usage of sentences for ex:- baby sentences or complex sentences then one could clear the speaking module tests with flying colors but fails in the next interview tests conducted thereupon.
II. There’s a world of difference between ‘Colloquial English and written English’ as some of the candidates have wrong notions about underestimating themselves for using difficult idiomatic phrases and expressions to impress others with own selfish motives in order to cajole (Entice) the interviewer or panel of experts who keeps an eagle eye over every specific tests and present there concern over a specific candidate responsible for further transactions.
III. In a nutshell, one must always provide a ‘Pause’ in between the reading comprehension because each word spoken must give the gist of the matter to the listener with accurate rise and fall of the speech intonation after turning up the tongue / roll it to define crystal clear pronunciation with ease.
IV. A reader before giving a start to a paragraph ought to read it not only once but twice or thrice carefully without concentrating over the given time period to avoid mistakes. He then; should keep a theme of the contents of the passage & try to rectify the trivial matters out of the situation provided over in it.
V. He must try to maintain appropriate rhythm as well without ‘stammering’ in between with neutral sound understandable.
VI. The criteria specification by certain company demands the statutory documents which are very sophisticated to be handled with utmost care and subtlety for ex: - ‘Business Letters (Formal/informal), Letters written to a specific company to be submitted towards the higher delegates of the company or authority with specific point details of the cause and effect of the letter presented thereupon.
VII. To understand the amount of time the assessor is taking while listening to you keenly in order to deduct number of percentage/marks if it requires more time to be completed and wastage done by you through it because usually it’s a three quarter interview procedure one could be a technical judger or an HR manager of a re known company because it’s a question of the prestige of the company.
(Note: The assessing officer must never struggle to underestimate your ‘Reading’ presentation and should jump onto the conclusion immediately).
For non-native English speakers the key to their success is to remember/memorize the ‘Theme’ of the passage in defined period.
