hiow to crack big companies with poor prgming skills and less CGPA

hey i'm studying mtech in IIIT hyderabad ,i'm poor in prgming and i have a less cgpa around 6.78 .Our placements are going to start around december ,i have a desire to enter into a big mnc which offers me around a package of 5 to 6 l around per annum .can a person with poor prming skills can expect to enter and plz tell me how to improve my prming skills and how shld be my placement preparation so that it satisfies my dream.........plz reply to this mail at the ealiset possible
